D&N Delivery is very experienced, competent, and reliable with delivering and picking up trade show and convention shipments. As the original pick-up and delivery company in Las Vegas, D&N has grown with the convention and trade show business and has an excellent working relationship with the convention contractors, such as GES, Freeman, and Champion.

Regarding convention deliveries, please note that there is an orderly, albeit hectic, process for move-ins and move-outs. D&N will deliver or pick up your shipments according to your instructions and in a timely manner, but please note that D&N will not attempt to bypass the services of these convention contractors and will abide by the move-in and move-out rules. Your patience is greatly appreciated during this process.

With every hotel having a convention hall and with the large convention venues, such as the Las Vegas Convention Center, Sands Convention Center, Mandalay Bay Convention Center, and many others, D&N is often required to be in many places at the same time. Although D&N has the fleet of trucks/equipment and drivers to handle peak convention season, D&N greatly appreciates your patience during the peak convention season, which is essentially year-round. Our customers, the nationwide freight forwarding community, understand and have knowledge of the size and scope of the convention move-in and move-out process, and thus their customers, the exhibitors, will have a successful convention experience.
